Photos may be submitted to mg@mpirearabians.com . If using professional photos, please make sure you have the photographer's copyright permission for print and web media use. Photos marked "proof" will not be accepted. For the best possible results, please submit only hi-res, clear photos. If using professional photos please provide the photographers release. All completed ads will be sent via e-mail. Ad layouts intended for e-blasts will not be sent out until approved by the client. You may send as many photos as you like but only one or two, depending on layout, will be selected for 2-photo-limit ads.

Photo Editing:

We can remove backgrounds, manure, flies, fly-away hairs etc. Conformation of horses will NOT be altered. Riders/handlers are another story :)

Websites and banners:

We can provide hosting . We do not provide hosting for website banners. All websites will have the owners full control for modification. Mpire Graphics will provide website maintenance for an additional, low monthly charge.

Flash vs. static:

Flash is animated graphics, moving and/or interactive images. Static means no moving images.

E-blasts:

E-blasts can be purchased through Mpire Graphics using Arabian Breeders Network e-blast service. ABN e-blasts go directly to thousands of ABN users around the world. The discounted e-blast rate only applies to customers using Mpire Graphics ad services and is limited to 1 e-blast per ad created.

Re-sending of a previous ad created by Mpire Graphics will be subject to a $10 additional service charge. Ads created by Mpire Graphics may be used for any other service provider with no limitation of use. If using another service provider please contact them to ensure they will send the ad using another service.

If you have an ad ready that has not been created by Mpire Graphics, and would like to send an e-blast via ABN, please login to ABN or contact webmaster@arabianbreeders.net. Non-sponsor cost is $120 per send.

Payment:

Payment is due in advance. Work will not commence on your project until payment is made in full. Payment can be made using the pay pal buttons, via pay pal invoice, USPS money order, bank drawn cashiers check or via personal check if prior arrangements have been made. All payments are final. We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your project but, no refunds. We do not accept spec work.

Photo Sessions

Once set price (plus mileage, if applicable), per day, for portrait, farm, event and product photo sessions. All photos will be provided on CD ROM after any necessary size editing and color correction needed for print or web use. Printing is available at an additional charge. Includes limited copyright release for personal use. Images are NOT for re-sale.

Booking fee (non-refundable) $100

Balance due prior to day of shoot

Mileage will be billed at a rate of .50 per mile for shoots 30 or more miles outside of 27283

Logos are a great way to quickly and easily identify & brand your farm or business. Just tell us your color scheme and general idea of what you would like to see and we'll do the rest.
All logos are made available in .jpg, .pdf,.psd, .gif, and.png file formats. You will be provided with both hi-res 300 px version for up to bill board size application and a lo-res version for web application. Instructions will be given on the application of your new logo. We will make up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions are subject to additional charges.

PRESENTATION SETS

Black & tan with vintage brass and and colorful accent pieces. Nose piece is a one of kind piece. Imported from the middle east nomadic tribes for true Arabian authenticity. This piece is not likely to be replicated. Has a lovely vintage patina with a heavy weight to it.

The cheek and crown piece have been stitched with heavy duty threading on welded brass 1"rings. The forehead piece is also a genuine imported piece from ME nomadic tribes to lend your presentation an authentic and unique Arabian look. Head piece is sold separately.

Tassels are removable for ring use (several color choices available). Halter is suitable for ring use with the addition of a throat latch piece.

Lead and chain not included. Halter is NOT adjustable but can be custom sized before shipping.

This is a very heavy set with a vintage patina giving you a sense of something ancient. Authentic ME coins adorn this show stopper.

Existing site maintenance: $15 per hour (2 hour minimum) *pricing does not include domain registration, hosting or site updates.

All websites created by Mpire Photography and Graphics include key words, search engine submission, .xml file info for spider crawlers.

Web hosting is available from basic hosting at $7.95 per month to premium hosting which includes: in browser editing, 10 e-mail addresses, site analytics, web forms, and more. Premium hosting starts at $16 per month. Discounts for annual payment.

All site creation requires buyers to supply content and images. Any images provided will need the photographers release for web use. We do not provide content writing but would be happy to make a referral.

Sites requiring research will be subject to additional charges including data source look ups, show records, production records, etc. Additional pages above purchase price will be billed at $100 per page. Sub pages are regarded as additional pages. New sites will require domain registration. Site owners should obtain their own domain to remain in control of their site.
